GYNECOMASTY

Male breast hypertrophy

One of the most in demand procedures for males is the permanent elimination of the accumulated fat and mammary gland tissue in the pectoral area. Any feminization in appearance of the upper body is able to make a male feel very uncomfortable even to the point of trying to hide the problem through changes in dress suc as avoiding tight clothes, etc.

The procedure of gynecomasty can be performed with local or general anesthesia depending on the size of the area being treated.

The scars are situated around the nipple and are, in the majority of cases, imperceptible.
After surgery a brief two day rest period is required followed immediately by a gradual reentry into daily life, but avoiding physical exercise for one month.

HAIR TRANSPLANTS

This procedure can make use of the hair of the patient that lies on the back of the head, which generally does not fall out, and relocate it hair by hair (follicle by follicle) in the areas required. Up to 2000 follicles can be transferred per session with a result that is both natural and permanent.

PECTORAL TRANSPLANTS

Sometimes, even with frequent exercise, males find that their pectoral muscles do not respond sufficiently. For these men, pectoral implants can be an excellent alternative for shaping and improving the pectoral muscles, which contribute so much to a defined and muscular appearance.

The appearance and feeling of pectoral implants is noticeably natural. Their usage has helped many men to feel more secure about themselves and more masculine as well. If you are thinking of utilizing pectoral implants, the first step would be to analyze your treatment goals and options with a qualified cosmetic surgeon.

BICEP IMPLANTS

Bicep implants are used for increasing the mass and definition of the inner part of the arms. In some cases, even with strenuous exercise, some men are not able to bulk or tone their biceps as much as desired.

Bicep implants help men to achieve a look of larger and more defined muscles in the arms. These implants can also help improve the proportion of the appearance, not just on the arms but throughout the body.

CALF IMPLANTS

Calf implants are used to add mass and definition to the lower part of the leg, which can dramatically improve the shape and appearance of the calves.

For guys that feel like they would like to have their calves look better with improved proportionality, volume and definition, calf implants can be the answer. These implants not only improve the appearance of the legs, but the whole body as well.

Calf implants are most appropriate for sculpturing the lower part of the leg.  In addition, they can be utilized for assymetrical or disproportionate musculature resulting from any physical defects. These implants achieve proportionality and improvement of one’s appearance and not just of the legs but of the entire body.

SURGERIES AND TREATMENTS IN THE GENITAL AREA  FRENULUM BREVE

Having a frenulum shortened or retracted can promote, during an erection, the end of the penis shifting downward with uncomfortable consequences. A frenulum breve can lead to a rip or tear that bleeds profusely.

COSMETIC CORRECTION OF PENILE SCARS

It is possible to improve the appearance of retractable, diastatic or raised scars caused by previous procedures or traumas.
